Gargoyle, St. John's Church, Penistone

Churches

St John’s Church in Penistone (often referred to as simply “Penistone Church”) has a history that dates back to Saxon times, possibly earlier. Of course there are other churches, each with its own unique history, and over the coming months we’ll be adding information about all of them.

Opening Times

Most Thursdays,
10.00am – 12.30pm
Closed all other days although special viewings can be arranged by appointment.
